Peaches with Basil, Prosciutto and Balsamic Vinegar

Peaches and Prosciutto



1-2 peaches, peeled and sliced

2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

Fresh basil leaves

Balsamic vinegar

Olive Oil (optional)


Just before serving, peel and slice peaches. Using a basil leaf for each slice of peach, wrap them together with a slice of prosciutto, plate and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. If desired, also dot the plate with olive oil.

    To intensify the flavor, you could also make a balsamic reduction and drizzle that on the peaches. Either way, enjoy peaches while you can!
