I’ve been shopping at La Tienda.com for the last 20 years, ever since returning from a trip to Madrid and Andalucía. It is the premier site for Spanish artisanal ingredients. You can choose from their selection of Jamón Serrano and Iberico, chorizo for slicing and for cooking, morcilla and butifarra sausages. They import marvelous tins of preserved tuna, anchovy, sardines, clams and octopus hand packed in olive oil, cheeses from all regions of Spain, olives and olive oil, almonds, pantry items like fire-roasted piquillo peppers, saffron and paella rice, artisanal breads and specialty sweets like chocolate-covered figs and Turrón candy. They offer a good selection of Spanish tableware and cookware, including many sizes of paella pans and glazed terracotta cazuelas.
This is as close to Spain as I am going to get these days, but the flavors from the store transport me.
