The Peanut Shop of Williamsburg

The Peanut Shop homepage

I love peanuts—as a snack, mixed with homemade garlic chips and fried chili, in vegetable stir-fry, Asian noodle dishes and sauces. I don’t remember how I stumbled on the Peanut Shop site, but there’s no going back, they’re the BEST. Their peanuts are sold salted, unsalted, or seasoned with either habanero chili, wasabi, or sea salt and black pepper. Candied nuts, nut brittle and chocolate-covered peanuts are also options although I’ve not tried any of these yet.

The Peanut Shop also sells Marcona almonds from Spain that are perfection, with no greasiness and a fresh sweet taste. An expensive treat at $50 for two 12-ounce cans, but I can’t resist. The Georgia roasted pecans are great as well.
